It means that some one connected directly to a page of your web server in using the Single Sign-On mecanisms implemented by FireWebSSO and the remote bookmarks storage.

You can help the "capture" of the authentication form by creating and supplying a site template of your site.

Note: The URLs used by the FireWebSSO's users are not known by the FireWebSSO server as the URLs are crypted using
the private key of the user. The FireWebSSO server as no way to know the URLs acceded by the users of the addon.
